The Russian airline Red Wings will operate direct scheduled flights to Kutaisi from Zhukovsky Airport near Moscow. The first flight, which will connect the Russian capital with the Georgian city, will take place on June 13, 2025.
Flights are scheduled three times a week: on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. On Tuesdays, the plane will depart from Zhukovsky at 16:20 local time and land at Kutaisi Airport at 20:50. The liner will depart at 22:00 and return to the Russian capital at 00:20 a.m. the next day. On Fridays and Sundays, departure from Russia is scheduled for 15:30, arrival in Georgia at 20:00. Departure from Kutaisi is at 21:00, return to Moscow is at 23:20. The journey time will be approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Tickets for these flights can be purchased on the airline’s official website and from agents. The cost of a one-way flight at the most affordable rate starts at about 15,000 rubles.
Kutaisi is the third Georgian city that Red Wings will include in its route network from Zhukovsky Airport. Earlier, the airline had already opened flights to Tbilisi and Batumi, which made it possible to create a convenient transport link between Moscow and the main tourist centers of the country.
