Premium class housing has become more expensive in Moscow

В Москве подорожало жилье премиум-класса

The average cost per square meter of housing in the premium segment in Moscow has increased by 20% over the year. In the first month of 2024, the average price was 921 thousand rubles, while a year ago it was 765 thousand.

“We can confidently expect that the growth in high-demand premium segment projects will continue. Unlike business class, premium class is more unique and less standardized. With a good ratio of location, internal and external infrastructure, projects remain in demand among the target audience. So, for some popular complexes, we noted an increase in the cost of 1 square meter to 30% per year. In addition, new projects are starting at an increasingly high cost,” Izvestia quotes top broker Ekaterina Levina.

Earlier, the expert explained the decrease in rental rates in Russian cities, and when to expect an increase in rental costs.
