— I don’t see any risks, nothing special has been introduced there, it’s just that meters need to be installed and not violate the rights of neighbors. In general, everything is fine. No one really needs daily rent, taxes are not always paid, there are more problems for the state than earnings, and hoteliers are against it, the lobby tries in every possible way to clamp down on daily rent, but I don’t think this is a matter of the next few years, it should take more time for us, as in Turkey, to ban daily rent rent, because domestic tourism is not so well developed yet. We will definitely be able to work for some time, and we will see what happens next, whether they will try to regulate or prohibit it in some way, we will see. So far, this niche is relatively free, and if a person gets a good, secure service, because there are a lot of scammers on many aggregators, everything will be fine. If the “Island” can provide this in full, then nothing else is needed, that is, ease of use, quality, reliability. The “Island” has it, but so far it is more about hotels.
