Rising prices and changes in the preferential mortgage program led to the fact that the swing in housing demand swung back towards the Leningrad region. Developers have also become more active behind them: there is more land in the neighboring region and it is cheaper. The intensification of competition has benefited regional projects — now you can find almost all the options that are available in the city, but still pay less. The participants of the Fontanka round table talked about how the development in the agglomeration is changing and whether there are hopes for solving the main issue — transport accessibility.
