As specified in the “World of Apartments”, Cherepovets (+16.9%), Vladikavkaz (+16.4%), Sevastopol (+15.4%), Ulan-Ude (+14.4%), Lipetsk (+13.5%), Saransk (+13.4%), Samara (+12.1%), Kurgan (+11.1%), Simferopol (+11%) and Omsk (+10.5%).
In Moscow, the price of the “square”, according to the company, increased by 8%, in the Moscow region — by 3.7%, in St. Petersburg — by 3%.
