Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed to work out non-standard tools for improving the living conditions of Russian families. This is reported on the government’s website.
“As part of expanding the parameters of support for young families and families with children, the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Finance have been instructed to work out non—standard tools for improving their living conditions and indicate sources of financial support for expenses for these purposes,” the document says. The relevant ministries must complete this task by September 1.
In early August, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government and the Bank of Russia to assess the impact of the preferential family mortgage program on the market. If necessary, the government and the regulator should submit proposals to change the terms of the program. Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin admitted the possibility of reviewing the family mortgage. In the next three months, the authorities will monitor the implementation of the program, which was restarted on July 1.
