May 29 — round table “Housing classes in St. Petersburg: from the housekeeper to the elite and back”

In recent years, the number of economy class (or standard housing) projects in the mass housing segment has decreased, and most residential complexes are positioned as comfort class. At the same time, the market for expensive business class and premium segment housing is not growing. We will discuss how housing is redistributed between classes at the round table.

We invite you to discuss the following issues at the round table:

How is the housing market transforming in terms of classes? Why is economy class leaving the market? Do buyers need it, given the increased housing prices? What variations exist inside the comfort class? Is all comfort what it is called? What are the main parameters of the comfort class today? The differences between classes: economy and comfort, comfort and business, business and elite — what is it besides the price? Whether the boundaries between classes are blurred. What elements of more expensive classes appear in comfort-class housing? Forecasts of market development by housing classes.

Real estate development companies and real estate agencies are invited to participate.

According to the results of the round table, publication on the website is planned.

The round table will be held at 12:00 on May 29, 2024.
