In St. Petersburg, they will begin to charge a resort fee

The vice-governor of St. Petersburg, Alexey Korabelnikov, announced that from Monday, April 1, the resort fee will begin to operate in the Northern capital.

He clarified that the fee rate would amount to 100 rubles, preparatory work was carried out for its introduction throughout the year, regulatory documents, a register of resort fee operators and so on were created.

“From April 1, a resort fee will be introduced on the territory of St. Petersburg,” Korabelnikov wrote in his Telegram channel.

Earlier, the Free Press wrote that it became known where the residents of Russia will go on vacation for the May holidays.
