You didn’t imagine it! The Spanish bank Santander has introduced its new subsidiary Diglo, which will deal exclusively with real estate. The company will sell distressed assets and has already put 777 properties up for sale at low prices.
The campaign started on July 1 and will last until September 2023. The organization’s portfolio includes a variety of real estate: residential properties with a discount of up to 58%, warehouses and garages — up to 63%, commercial real estate — up to 64%, as well as office and industrial premises with a discount of up to 62%.
According to Diglo, the property is located in different parts of Spain. Madrid and Andalusia account for 22% of the offers in each region, followed by Catalonia — 9%, followed by the Valencian Community — 7%. Castile and Leon, Galicia and Murcia — 6% for each region and in last place is the autonomous community of the Basque Country — 5%.
Javier Roman, Director of Diglo’s Real Estate department, commented on the unusual promotion as follows: “We are at a key moment for the sector, and this offer represents a good opportunity for buyers who can choose our products, both in price and quality.
Recall that the “Golden Visa” program is in effect for foreign citizens in Spain. To do this, you need to buy one or more objects in the amount of 500 thousand euros. Having fulfilled the conditions, the applicant and his close relative (spouse and children) will receive a residence permit for a period of 1 year with the right to extend.
