By the end of 2023, preferential mortgages accounted for up to 90% of all mortgage transactions in the primary market. Now, according to the Ministry of Finance, it is important to develop criteria so that their share does not exceed 25%. On the one hand, a number of decisions taken by the Central Bank contribute to reducing the share of preferential mortgages, on the other hand, the Family Mortgage program has been extended until 2030, and its terms are maintained on the most loyal terms.
