    Two buildings on the University Embankment, which are historically associated with the personality of Yevgeny Prigozhin, appeared on the real estate listings site and caused a wave of gossip. Their address: 21 Universitetskaya Embankment, in 2023, appeared in the news about searches in the office of the rebellious head of the private security company Wagner. It was in the courtyard between them that they found a Gazelle stuffed with 4 billion rubles. The money was then returned to the owner.

      The asset is being sold by the large real estate agency Mir Apartments. Its director Dmitry Titov confirmed: yes, everything is correct, the object is for sale. When asked if it would be difficult to find a buyer, he replied diplomatically: “Any building is a complex object. It all depends on the price-quality ratio.” At the same time, he considers the asking price of 180 thousand rubles per square meter for such a location to be quite low.

      The famous Trezzini hotel is not planned to be included in the transaction outline — it has a letter B, but only A and B. Their total area is 2,100 square meters, they ask for 380 million rubles. These buildings have been in line for reconstruction for a long time, it was planned to make a continuation of “Trezzini” or something like that. The investor has already agreed on a renovation project for the premises in the committee on Urban Planning and Architecture, but the matter has stalled due to bureaucratic subtleties.

        It is impossible to say 100 percent who exactly owns these buildings in the end. According to the documents, they are divided into several dozen premises, each of which has its own owners, mainly LLC “Heritage Preservation Fund” and LLC “Stroy Restoration”. Both of them are controlled by Ambassador JSC. In his card in the SPARK system, the “Owners” tab simply does not exist. The CEO is Igor Andreenko. This is the only mention of it in the register of legal entities. Rosreestr now does not show the names of individuals who own real estate, but Fontanka recalls that Pavel Prigozhin was previously mentioned among them at Universitetskaya 21.

        The Trezzini Hotel itself, by the way, has a complex ownership structure. On behalf of the manager, the documents on his website were signed by Boutique Hotel LLC with revenue of 17 million rubles per year, as well as by director and owner Ivan Fedorov (this is his only business asset). It is at this address: Universitetskaya 21, lit. Q, checks come to this company (no violations are found). Since 2022, Boutique Hotel has been renting the hotel building from the owner, an individual. Rosreestr does not disclose who it is.

        At the same time, the site is registered with Hotel Service LLC. The checks of this legal entity also take place at the same address. The company’s license to provide catering services is also “registered” there. The owner is Tatyana Bobrova, like her neighbors at 21 Universitetskaya Street, she no longer has any assets in SPARK. But there is a clue. All 100% of the shares of the Hotel Service are mortgaged. The pledgee is Polina Prigozhina.

          In addition to the three buildings behind the Trezzini monument, other buildings lined up opposite the Neva River on Vasilievsky Island are associated with the name of Yevgeny Prigozhin.

          One house away from the iconic hotel there is a corner complex with a common address: 6th line, 1/25. On cadastral schemes, there are two four—storey houses of different heights (in fact, five – an attic is built over the corner part). The one closest to the Trezzini has a basement. The one at the corner with the 6th line has a basement. The house itself is residential, with ordinary apartments, but the basement of 313 sq. m (and a number of other premises) belongs to Concord Management and Consulting LLC.

          It was in this basement that the Street Food Bar cafe was located, which Yevgeny Prigozhin gave to the needs of the patriotic Cyberfront club and where Vladlen Tatarsky was killed in April 2023. Now the cafe is closed, a commemorative plaque in honor of Tatarsky is installed on the facade, and fresh flowers and a photo of Prigozhin are always in front of the entrance.

          Well, the third asset is already targeted at the nearby Lieutenant Schmidt embankment, but just three houses from the Street Food Bar. House number 7 with an area of 850 sq. m. m is fully owned by Bar Service LLC. Its sole founder is the same “Ambassador”, whose owner is not disclosed. Some time ago, Bar Service owned a 24.5% stake in the Chocolate Museum LLC. Since 2022, the Museum has been 100% owned by the ex-wife of Yevgeny Prigozhin, who took the name Kryazhev after the divorce and received a number of family assets. Fontanka talked about them in detail. This lovely two-storey mansion built in 1862 does not have a sign in front of the entrance, but it can be assumed that there is a banquet hall with the “generic” name “Concord”. The website of the banquet hall is also used by Concord M LLC, which, according to documents, is still 90% owned personally by Yevgeny Prigozhin, but his son Pavel manages his share. And the owner of the domain is Concord Management and Consulting.

          “Management and Consulting” was also in the personal possession of the late businessman, and it was also managed by Pavel. However, in early March, when the deadline for the heirs to enter into inheritance rights was approaching, the company filed a tax application for changes in the statutory documents, after which information about the owners was closed.

          It can be assumed that the buildings for sale at 21 Universitetskaya Street are also a consequence of the redistribution of assets as part of the entry into the rights of the heirs of Yevgeny Prigozhin.

          Finishing the transfer of the assets of the Prigozhin family on the University Embankment, it is necessary to remember about the basement of 630 sq. m rented from the Zoological Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. m at the address: Universitetskaya nab., 1-3, occupied since ancient times under the flagship restaurant “Old Customs”. Now its website indicates that it is closed and accepts orders only in the “a la carte” mode for events. It is unclear who exactly the lease was issued for, most likely, we are talking about some kind of individual whose name is not indicated in the Rosreestr statements. At least the alcohol license at this address is issued for the same Concord Management and Consulting.
