According to the investigation, the incident occurred in June 2023. It is known that 31-year-old Troy Boling met 21-year-old Eva Liu and 22-year-old Kelsey Chang on a hiking trail near the popular Neuschwanstein attraction. The man lured the girls to a more secluded place and attacked Liu. Chang tried to protect her friend, but the American threw the girl off a steep slope.
The man then raped Liu, who was unconscious at the time, and dumped her after the first girl. All this happened in front of other eyewitnesses. Doctors managed to save only Chang, who suffered a head injury.
Earlier in Bali, a guide lured a Chinese tourist to a hotel and raped her. Thanks to the girl’s friend, who was waiting for her in the parking lot, the criminal was detained on the spot.
