A Russian tourist rested in glamping in the Leningrad region and complained about poor living conditions, ugly territory and tasteless food. She shared her impressions with the portal “Subtleties of Tourism”, her review was published on the Zen platform.
Alina, a reader of the portal, noted that there were sagging mattresses, washed linen and crumpled pillows on the beds in the tents, and the heater was working poorly.

“The employee replied to my claim: “And what did you want when staying in the tent?” Well, I wish I didn’t freeze up — a normal human desire. I would like the organizers to come up with something so that the guests do not freeze: heaters are more powerful, blankets are tighter, and you can even use heating – you’re kind of glamping,” the Russian woman described her experience in these words.
Alina added that at the entrance to the glamping, the guests were greeted by a persistent smell of sewage — it smelled like a trailer with showers and toilets. Rows of tents, she said, stood one behind the other “without any privacy or design of the territory.”
In addition, the author of the review did not like the food in glamping. “We had accommodation with breakfast, you can’t choose the options, and it’s always a sugar bomb: sweet porridge and cheesecakes, pancakes or casserole. Eggs, sausages, sandwiches, vegetables are not offered. The coffee beans are disgusting. They defrost food for lunch and dinner,” she said indignantly.
Earlier, another Russian tourist had a rest at a camping site in Crimea and described the vacation with the phrase “for an amateur.” According to him, the guest houses looked more like temporary accommodation for festivals.
