Russian Ilya Orlov was found without signs of life and with traces of torture on his body in a ditch near the beach on the island of Phuket in Thailand. This is reported by Thai Ch8.
It is clarified that the 27-year-old man was found in only shorts. Next to him was a leather bag with identification documents. They also found a passport of a Russian citizen among the things.
During the forensic examination, it became clear that Orlov was dealt with about 12-24 hours ago. Law enforcement officers have launched an investigation to find out the circumstances of the incident. It is assumed that the Russian was attacked elsewhere, and then moved to a ditch.
It is known that Orlov arrived in Thailand on April 24 as part of a tour group.
Earlier, a Russian tourist decided to ride a bike in Armenia and was found without signs of life.
