The peak of sales was recorded in the period from January to November, during which more than 88 thousand objects were purchased. This is 46% more than in 2021, when 60,258 transactions were made. The registered number is also 38% higher than the peak sales recorded in 2013.

According to analysts, the record number of transactions is associated with increased sales of off-plan properties purchased before construction was completed, often at the initial stages or even at the project stage.
Compared to 2021, the number of such transactions increased by 86%, the share of the total volume was 44%.
