The incident occurred in January 2023. When a 23-year-old traveler from Chile was walking in the park, 27-year-old Emery Woods approached her. First, he held out his hand and kissed her on the cheek, and when the girl refused to make contact, he grabbed a stationery knife and dragged her to the trees.
