
The Russian Ministry of Construction has reported the average market value per square meter of housing for the fourth quarter of 2024. In St. Petersburg, this indicator has not changed, but in the Leningrad region it has decreased.

In St. Petersburg, the cost per square meter of 165,315 rubles remains until the end of the year. In the Leningrad region, it was lowered from 128,819 rubles to 127,646 rubles.
In most regions, the cost of housing has become higher. So, in Moscow, the square meter has risen in price to 177,976 rubles. In the Moscow region — up to 155,931.
And in Ingushetia, where the “square” is estimated to be the cheapest in Russia, it began to cost 83,925 rubles.
The official cost per square meter of housing is set to determine the amount of subsidies for the purchase of housing for beneficiaries, Delovoy Peterburg clarifies.
