SUE “TEK SPb” has started updating more than 5.5 km of heating networks in Kolomyagi in the area between Shcherbakov and Verbnaya Streets, Zemsky Lane and Novokolomyazhsky Avenue.
The reconstruction of heating networks in Kolomyagi will improve the heat supply of 12 buildings, including residential buildings, a school and two kindergarten buildings. In general, 3.5 thousand people will receive heat through the new pipes.
Reconstruction in Kolomyagi is taking place in stages to minimize inconveniences for local residents. Work is already underway on two sites. Currently, 470 meters of temporary heating networks have been laid at the facility out of the planned 2,000. The contractor also organizes safe passage to residential buildings and social institutions.
It is planned to complete all the work, including the restoration of landscaping, in July 2026.
