According to the consulting company NF Group, investments in warehouse real estate by the end of 2024 will reach 150-160 billion rubles, which is 30% higher than the record figure of last year.
This was announced by Konstantin Fomichenko, partner of NF Group.
“Given the high demand for warehouse space and the activity of large investors, we predict further growth in investments in this segment in the coming years,” he said.
According to him, this trend demonstrates the steady attractiveness of warehouse real estate for all categories of investors, especially against the background of the continued growth of online commerce and demand for logistics facilities.
