SUE TEK SPb has updated more than 1,300 meters of pipelines in the blocks between 2nd Zhernovskaya Street, Ryabovsky Highway and Irinovsky Prospekt in Krasnogvardeysky district. The project was completed six months ahead of schedule.
The heating network, laid in the 1980s and 1990s, was replaced with steel pipes in modern polyurethane foam insulation, as well as flexible pipes. The new heating system is equipped with an operational remote control system that signals possible leaks and prevents the development of defects.
Construction and installation works and landscaping in the quarters have been completed in full. 20 buildings receive heat and hot water through the new networks, including 10 residential buildings, a children’s institution and an ambulance substation.
