The UAE has presented a project for a new high Habtoor Tower, which will have 81 floors, and the building area will be 327 thousand square meters. m. The height is still kept secret.
The residential building, in which the project provides 1701 apartments, will be located near the Dubai water canal and the international financial center. The windows overlook the Burj Khalifa— the world’s tallest tower.
The project was announced by the Dubai conglomerate Al Habtoor Group. Khalaf Al Habtour, who is the founder and head of the company, said that the construction is planned to be completed as soon as possible — the construction will take three years. A contractor is already being selected. Among those interested there are organizations from China, India and Europe.
Today, Dubai is home to seven of the ten tallest residential skyscrapers in the world. The highest among them is Marina 101 (425 m), the second highest is Princess Tower (413 m), and in third place is Marina 23 (392 m). All buildings from the top three skyscrapers of Dubai are located in the popular Dubai Marina area.
