Employees of the Southern Regional detachment of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia yesterday, September 12, carried out an operation to rescue two tourists-boarders in the Black Sea in the waters of Sochi.
Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation learned about the incident that happened after 21:00 on September 12 from the father of the missing. From the shore, he saw that his children — a 22-year-old girl and her 20—year-old brother – were being carried further out to sea. The young people had a phone with them, from which they were able to send their coordinates to the rescuers.
Rescuers went to sea on a jet ski and soon found the missing at a distance of 3 km from the shore, near the Central beach of the village of Lazarevskoye. They were brought ashore. On vacation in Sochi, the family arrived from Noginsk.
