The tallest building in Europe, the 462-meter Lakhta Center skyscraper in St. Petersburg, has opened to visitors in a test mode.
So far, guests can only get to the lower level of the Lakhta center, where the cafe is located. The interior of the common area is designed in a futuristic style.
It is expected that in September the observation deck of the skyscraper with panoramic views of St. Petersburg and the surrounding area will open for visitors. It is located on the 83rd floor of the building. It will be possible to get there by elevator, each cabin of which can accommodate up to 15 people. A restaurant will be opened on the 75th floor.
