An Icelandic tourist fell from the 31st floor of a luxury hotel in a popular Asian resort and did not survive. Scandasia writes about this.
It is clarified that the incident occurred early in the morning on August 19 at a hotel located near the Dolphin roundabout in Pattaya, Thailand. During the fall, 67-year-old Ultan Michael Brown hit the building and the ground. Local police immediately arrived at the scene. The body of the tourist was taken by rescuers without the involvement of forensic experts in order to minimize the attention of the press.
Law enforcement officers are currently reviewing CCTV footage to learn more details about the tragedy. Authorities are expected to release additional information as the investigation continues.
At the end of July, another tourist fell from a balcony in Cyprus and did not survive. Before that, he had been drinking alcoholic beverages in the room with friends.
