Dubai International Airport suspended the reception of flights due to heavy rain, after completely stopping work for 25 minutes.
The press service of the air harbor said that the vicinity of the airport was flooded. Passengers are advised to check the flight status, as well as book additional travel time.
Incoming flights are redirected to alternate airfields. Departures are carried out normally. The full restoration of the aircraft factory will be announced additionally.
Due to the difficult weather situation, Aeroflot is postponing the departure of three flights from Dubai to Moscow until Wednesday morning Dubai time (flights SU525, SU521 and SU527). The company promised that passengers of delayed flights will be provided with all services in accordance with the requirements of Federal Aviation Regulations and airline standards.
