Restrictions on transport and information background will have a negative impact on the tourist season in Crimea this summer. This was stated by the head of the republic Sergey Aksenov on the air of the TV channel “Crimea 24”.
According to Aksenov, the 2023 season will not be global. Transport problems: the airport on the peninsula is closed.
“In this case, a maximum of 1.5 million tourists will be transported by train,” Aksenov explained.
The head of the region assured that there is no threat to tourists in Crimea, as security is organized at the highest level.
“This year’s season will be held in a stripped–down version, I have no doubt,” Aksenov said.
