Aeroflot’s Krasnoyarsk – Bangkok flight has been postponed for a day due to the late arrival of the plane. In the Thai capital, the passengers of the national carrier were also stuck for 22 hours.
The vacationers themselves told about the problems. Flight SU815 was scheduled to depart from Suvarnabhumi Airport on March 26 at 18:00 local time. However, after boarding the passengers, the board did not take off. The tourists spent 4 hours on the plane, and then returned to the terminal. According to the representative of the airline, one of the engines failed, and with it the ship’s life support system.
The Aeroflot press service confirmed the information about the delay and noted that the passengers were fed and accommodated in hotels. They flew to Siberia only on March 27 at 18:30. It took the carrier a day to send a backup plane to Thailand.
Such a failure in the schedule was reflected in the further schedule of the national bank. The Aeroflot flight, which was supposed to arrive in Krasnoyarsk today, will arrive only tomorrow. Accordingly, the return flight to Bangkok will be delayed for a day.
